Ann was raised in Colorado and completed her bachelor of science in nursing education in Arizona. Following graduation, she practiced as a registered nurse in Phoenix for two years before transitioning to travel nursing. She accumulated four years of travel RN experience, including two years prior to and two years during the COVID-19 pandemic. These experiences reinforced the critical role of mental health care across all patient populations and care settings.

After accepting a travel assignment in Sioux Falls, she met her husband and established herself here in Sioux Falls. She subsequently pursued advanced practice education and completed her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner training at Mount Marty University. With 10 years of bedside registered nursing experience and a focused commitment to mental health care, she is well prepared and dedicated to providing high-quality psychiatric services to the Sioux Falls community.
