Beth Hall
Beth was born in Connecticut and has lived in many states growing up including Arizona and New Mexico. She has made Sioux Falls her home for the past 15 years. Beth received her MSW from the University of North Dakota in 2015. She has her CSW and QMHP and is currently working towards her CSW-PIP. Beth utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), Solutions Focused Therapy, and Strengths Based Therapy in her work with clients. Beth’s past years of experience include working with serious mental illness, home based therapy, relationships, children/adolescents, suicide, and EAP services. She has professional training in trauma focused CBT, Suicide Intervention Training, and currently working on completing Gottman Certification for couples therapy. Beth has previous experience serving as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteer for over two years and received the Iowa Governor’s award for excellent volunteer work. Beth is a member of NOW (National Organization of Women), SDANW (South Dakota Advocacy for Women) and NASW (National Association of Social Workers.) Outside of the office, Beth enjoys spending time with family and friends. Beth loves nature and enjoys the eastern sunrises in the mornings. She incorporates mindfulness practices in her daily life and approaches life with a glass half full perspective. She enjoys travel, creative projects and is an avid writer. She looks forward to helping you achieve positive change while navigating difficult life situations.
