Lynn Bowers

Lynn Bowers obtained her bachelor’s degree from Dakota Wesleyan University and her master’s degree in counseling and human resource development from South Dakota State University.  She is a compassionate and integrative counselor dedicated to helping individuals achieve overall well-being by addressing both the mind and body.  Experience in supporting justice-involved individuals, victims, trauma, grief, and mental health, Lynn provides a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal growth.  She has completed Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) certification.  Lynn combines evidence-based techniques, with gestalt and client centered approaches to foster healing and resilience.  She believes in empowering clients to overcome obstacles and to create a positive future.
